- Prices: All prices listed are gross prices. The Seller is exempt from VAT.
- Delivery: The product is delivered automatically by sending a download link to the Buyer’s e-mail address immediately after the payment is successfully processed.
- Payments: Technical sales processing and secure online payments are handled by an external operator – the 1koszyk platform.
- Right of Withdrawal and Copyrights
- Refunds: Since digital content is not supplied on a tangible medium, by accepting these terms, the Buyer agrees to delivery before the 14-day withdrawal period expires. This results in the loss of the right to withdraw from the contract.
- Copyrights: All materials are protected by copyright. They are for personal use only. Copying, distributing, modifying, or reselling files is strictly prohibited.
- Data Protection (GDPR)
- Purpose: Data is processed to fulfill the sales contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and for accounting/tax purposes (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
