• Products: The store sells digital content in the form of PDF files (e-books and guides).
• Prices: All prices listed are gross prices. The Seller is exempt from VAT.
• Delivery: The product is delivered automatically by sending a download link to the Buyer’s e-mail address immediately after the payment is successfully processed.
• Payments: Technical sales processing and secure online payments are handled by an external operator – the 1koszyk platform.

3. Right of Withdrawal and Copyrights

• Refunds: Since digital content is not supplied on a tangible medium, by accepting these terms, the Buyer agrees to delivery before the 14-day withdrawal period expires. This results in the loss of the right to withdraw from the contract.

• Copyrights: All materials are protected by copyright. They are for personal use only. Copying, distributing, modifying, or reselling files is strictly prohibited.

4. Data Protection (GDPR)

• Purpose: Data is processed to fulfill the sales contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and for accounting/tax purposes (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
• Newsletter: If you subscribe to the newsletter, your data (name and e-mail) will be processed based on your consent for marketing purposes. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• Recipients: Necessary transaction data is shared with the operator of the 1koszyk platform.
